Mandatory / Preferred Skills

• Deep SAP Product Expertise S4 HANA Manufacturing including S/4 HANA PPDS Transformation projects
• Implementation experience in Production Planning, Scheduling in SAP APO and in S4 HANA PPDS
• Strong integration knowledge of integration with Logistics, procurement, inventory management, sales controlling & plant maintenance
• Experience in working with SAP FIORI applications
• Minimum 6 years of consulting experience in SAP Manufacturing specifically in any one of the Manufacturing industries (Automotive, IM&C, Hitech and Aerospace & Defense)
• Minimum 2 End to End S4 HANA manufacturing and PPDS implementation project experience in customer facing role.
• Should have played Lead roles in implementation projects
• Should be experienced with different project delivery models like onsite-offshore, onsite-nearshore-offshore, integrated delivery model etc.,
• Domain experience in manufacturing industry would be an advantage

• Experience in International teams (Customers /Stakeholders, Implementation team spread across Asia countries)
• Relevant coursework/projects that demonstrate candidate communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong work ethic that prove high quality deliverables
• Very good communication

• 少なくとも2つのエンド・トゥ・エンドのS4 HANA製造およびPPDSの導入プロジェクトにおいて、顧客と向き合う役割を果たした経験があること
• 実装プロジェクトでリーダー的役割を果たしたことがあること
• オンサイト・オフショア、オンサイト・ニアショア・オフショア、統合デリバリーモデルなど、さまざまなプロジェクトデリバリーモデルを経験する必要があります、
• 製造業でのドメイン経験があれば、なお可
