The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Affiliate Manager to grow and scale our affiliate partnerships across the US and other English-speaking markets (UK, IE, CA, AU, NZ), overseeing affiliate programs for Muscle Booster, Yoga-Go, and WalkFit, and building a cross-app partnership strategy to maximize overall portfolio performance.

You’ll own performance, profitability, and partner portfolio growth — working closely with Marketing, Analytics, and Finance to drive measurable results.

What You’ll Do

• Recruit, onboard, and activate new affiliates (publishers, media buyers, networks, loyalty, cashback, influencers)

• Manage day-to-day partner relationships and optimize performance

• Negotiate CPA, RevShare, and hybrid commercial models

• Monitor and scale high-performing partners based on ROI and LTV

• Analyze installs, revenue, CPA, ROI, and subscription metrics (PAM/LTV)

• Own forecasting, budgeting, and growth projections

• Test new traffic sources and partnership models

• Ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and reporting

• Partner with Finance on validation, invoicing, and payments

• Improve affiliate processes, tools, and best practices

What You Bring

• 3+ years in affiliate, partnerships, or performance marketing

• Proven experience scaling affiliate programs with strong ROI

• Strong understanding of CPA economics, LTV, attribution, and unit economics

• Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms and mobile measurement partners (e.g. Impact, CJ Affiliate, Rakuten, Appsflyer, Adjust, and etc.)

• Strong analytical skills and confidence owning forecasts

• Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills

• Experience in mobile apps and subscription-based products

Nice to have: Experience with influencer-led affiliate programs.
