We are looking for a highly skilled Junior Project Manager with experience working with engineering and UI/UX teams. In this role, you will drive the successful execution of one of our key projects, ensuring its strategic growth and operational efficiency. You will work closely with stakeholders, UI/UX designers, and landing page developers on WordPress, as well as analysts, to define, build, and optimize products that align with business objectives and user needs.

Requirements & Skills:

1.5+ years of experience as a Project Manager
Experience in task coordination
Experience collaborating with UI/UX and BA teams, ensuring seamless user experiences.
Understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Asana.
Hands-on experience managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Problem-solving and decision-making mindset with a proactive and flexible approach.
Experience in process optimization and change management.
Ability to guide and mentor development teams while maintaining strong relationships with senior leadership.
