Account Manager

Location: Remote

Employment Type: Full-Time (US Hours 9am-5pm)

ReWorks Solutions is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Account Manager to enhance our client relationships and drive business growth. You will play a crucial role in managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met, and facilitating effective communication between clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, maintaining regular communication and providing exceptional service.
Understand client goals and objectives to deliver tailored solutions that meet their needs.
Develop strong relationships with clients to build loyalty and trust.
Manage the execution of projects and ensure alignment with client expectations and requirements.
Monitor account performance and initiate regular check-ins to assess satisfaction and identify up-sell opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and resolution of client issues.
Prepare and present reports that detail account activity, performance, and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
3+ years of experience in account management, client relations, or a similar role.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a talent for building rapport.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple accounts effectively.
Proficiency in CRM software and other business tools.
A results-oriented mindset with a focus on client satisfaction and retention.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with a diverse team.
