Roles & Responsibilities

Proven experience planning, launching, and optimizing Meta Ads campaigns (prospecting and retargeting).
Strong analytical skills with ability to analyze metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and CPM and optimize campaigns accordingly.
Experience with audience research and testing (interests, lookalikes, broad targeting) and developing creative testing strategies (hooks, angles, formats).
Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager and analytics tools, plus ability to collaborate with creative and content teams in a remote work environment.

Requirements:

Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (prospecting and retargeting).
Conduct audience research and testing (interests, lookalikes, broad targeting).
