Work with Data Center stakeholders to execute CloudForge (internal AWS rack position inventory and floorplan management system) and Facility Inventory Topology (FIT – power topology data management system) inventory change requests
Drive change request completion within defined SLAs
Ensure accuracy in deployed configurations and track exceptions for follow up
Assist in daily operational tasks as part of the overall Data Center Delivery workflow

Work with Data Center stakeholders to execute CloudForge (internal AWS rack position inventory and floorplan management system) and Facility Inventory Topology (FIT – power topology data management system) inventory change requests.

- Drive change request completion within defined SLAs.

- Ensure accuracy in deployed configurations and track exceptions for follow up.

- Assist in daily operational tasks as part of the overall Data Center Delivery workflow

Basic qualifications

Preferred qualifications

• Experience working with Data Center Infrastructure.

• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial engineering domain or related certification

• Supply Chain/Inventory Systems Experience.

• IT Systems Process Mapping.

• Basic SQL familiarity
