Architect (BPM, Azure, GenAI) – Cora SeQuence Solution Architect
Job Type: Full-Time
Work Model: 100% Remote (Must work EST hours – NY alignment)
We are seeking a highly experienced Solution Architect specializing in BPM, Azure Cloud, and Generative AI to design and lead enterprise-grade business process automation solutions using Genpact Cora SeQuence Intelligent BPM Suite.
This architect will bridge business strategy with scalable technical architecture, integrating:

• BPM workflows
• Azure cloud services
• Generative AI models
• Document Intelligence platforms
• Enterprise data ecosystems

This is a high-visibility role interacting with technical leadership, business stakeholders, and executive teams.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Design

• Architect end-to-end BPM solutions using Cora SeQuence
• Translate business requirements into architectural blueprints
• Design scalable, secure, cloud-native automation solutions
• Implement integration patterns across ERP/CRM systems
• Ensure governance, compliance, and performance standards

Technical Leadership

• Lead development lifecycle (design → deployment → optimization)
• Guide teams on:
  • Workflow automation
  • Forms & business rules engine
  • API/Web services integrations
  • HotChange® technology usage
• Conduct architecture and code reviews
• Troubleshoot complex enterprise implementations

AI & Cloud Enablement

• Integrate Generative AI (Azure OpenAI, Google Gemini, OpenAI APIs)
• Implement Document Intelligence (OCR/IDP) solutions
• Leverage Azure AI Services for NLP, computer vision, analytics
• Design secure and scalable cloud architectures (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS)

Stakeholder & Executive Engagement

• Act as trusted advisor to business and technical leadership
• Present architecture strategy to C-level stakeholders
• Align cost, timeline, and technical constraints

Continuous Improvement

• Identify automation opportunities
• Optimize existing workflows
• Stay current with BPM, AI, and Cloud innovations

10–15 years total experience
