We’re looking for a results-driven Associate Programmatic Manager r to lead the launch, management, and optimization of cross-channel campaigns across programmatic, Meta, and Google platforms. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a sharp analytical mindset, and can balance creative strategy with performance-driven execution to maximize visibility, audience reach, and revenue growth.

How you will achieve success in this role:
  • Launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across Programmatic, Meta, Google Ads/YouTube, and other digital placements.
  • Develop and implement data-driven media strategies to drive visibility, incremental reach, and customer acquisition.
  • Collaborate with Merchandising, Brand Strategy, and PPC teams to align campaigns with business and brand goals.
  • Monitor budgets, pacing, and performance to achieve ROI and efficiency targets.
  • Deliver weekly performance analysis with actionable insights and recommendations.
