Minimum of 2.5 years of proven experience as an executive assistant Experience in sales, marketing, or customer engagement is preferred. Ability to craft persuasive outreach messages and engagement strategies. Highly organized with the ability to multitask across different business functions.

Core responsibilities:

Conduct outreach to potential users, allied health clinics, and gyms to encourage app sign-ups and partnerships. Craft compelling outreach emails and develop engagement strategies to showcase the app’s value. Assist in preparing content for pitches and presentations to businesses. Manage email communications, ensuring timely and professional responses. Support online marketing efforts, including social media, newsletters, and campaign execution. Develop and implement engagement strategies to expand brand awareness. Provide support to users, addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively. Assist with general administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations. Coordinate between the healthcare app and physiotherapy clinic to streamline processes. Research and secure new guests for the company’s podcast.
