  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple candidates, requisitions, and administrative priorities with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills to interact confidently with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, scheduling tools, and productivity software.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information with professionalism and integrity.

Requirements:

  • Interview Scheduling Coordination: coordinate interviews across multiple stakeholders, manage calendars, confirm availability, and prepare interview materials.
  • Candidate Communication Management: send interview confirmations and follow-ups, provide status updates, and share onboarding instructions to ensure a professional candidate experience.
  • HR Documentation Management: prepare and organize offer letters and contracts, maintain employee files and compliance documentation, and ensure accuracy and confidentiality of records.
  • Onboarding Support: coordinate new hire paperwork, orientation schedules, equipment requests and system access to ensure Day 1 readiness.

You will play a critical role in delivering a seamless candidate experience, supporting hiring managers, and ensuring recruitment processes run efficiently from interview scheduling to onboarding. Key Responsibilities
Interview Scheduling & Coordination
Coordinate interviews across multiple stakeholders
Manage calendars and confirm availability
Prepare interview materials and ensure smooth logistics

Candidate Communication Management

Send interview confirmations and follow-ups
Provide timely status updates
Share onboarding instructions and next steps
Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience

HR Documentation Management
Prepare and organize offer letters and contracts
Maintain employee files and compliance documentation
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive records

Onboarding Support
Coordinate new hire paperwork and orientation schedules
Manage equipment requests and system access
Ensure employees are fully prepared for Day 1

Recruitment Reporting & Tracking
Maintain and update ATS records
Track candidate pipelines and hiring progress
Generate recruitment reports and metrics
