Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into user-friendly language
Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment

Responsibilities:

Ensure proper controls and security measures are embedded in Salesforce designs and workflows
Perform troubleshooting and triage for Salesforce-related incidents in alignment with established problem and incident management processes
Actively participate in and lead system and unit testing for Salesforce modifications and new features, including post-implementation support
The base pay range for this position is $50 – $70/hr W2, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.
