  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible content for developers, system administrators, and security professionals
  • Participate in product planning and design discussions to advocate for documentation best practices and ensure requirements are considered early in development

What you will do
  • You will develop high-quality technical documentation, including user documentation, API documentation, release notes, and troubleshooting topics, reporting to the Sr. Director, Product Experience.
  • You will work with different teams to gather information and ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation.
  • You will translate complex technical concepts into clear, and accessible content for a range of audiences, including developers, system administrators, and security professionals.
  • You will participate in product planning and design discussions to advocate for documentation best practices and ensure documentation requirements are considered early in the development process.
  • You will improve documentation processes to refine content creation, review, and publication workflows.
  • You will stay informed about industry trends and best practices in technical writing, documentation tools, and information architecture.

  • What you will bring with you
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technical Communication, English, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical writing, preferably in the software industry.
  • Proficiency in documentation tools such as Markdown and version control systems (GitHub).
  • Experience with the docs-as-code workflow.
  • Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (such as GCP, AWS, and Azure) and containerization technologies (such as Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Ability to use AI/ML tools
  • Familiarity with CSS and Python scripting would be a plus

  • The U.S. annual compensation range for this full-time position is between 86,600 USD to 108,300 USD/year. Actual offers may be higher or lower than this range based on a variety of factors, including your work location, job-related experience and education.
