Join Mainstay as a Field Flex Agent (1099 Independent Contractor Agent) and take control of your earning potential while providing essential real estate field services. As a contractor, you will complete specific field tasks on behalf of Mainstay customers, earning compensation based on the work performed. This role is perfect for real estate professionals who:

Active real estate license.
Experience in real estate transactions (traditional sales, iBuying, or transaction coordination preferred)
Ability to complete assigned field tasks on time and with attention to detail
Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple listings, and diligent documentation.
Strong technical skills: Salesforce or a similar CRM, G-Suite, Slack, MacOS, and the ability to work in multiple systems simultaneously
Reliable transportation (for property-related tasks such as Home Check-Ins and Lockbox Installs)
Access to a smartphone and computer for task completion, documentation, and communication
As a Field Flex Agent, you will be compensated per completed task. Tasks include Property walk-thrus, weekly property checks, home visits, vendor meetings & contract to close tasks.
Additional Earning Opportunities
Personal Transactions – Agents assisting their own buyers and sellers will retain 90% of the paid commission, with 10% allocated to Mainstay for licensing and administrative costs.
Independence & Flexibility – Work on your own schedule, choosing the tasks that suit you.
Earn Per Task – No commission splits (except on personal transactions); you get paid for each completed task.
