  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and PowerPoint.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating brand systems and visual storytelling is required.

Pay: $28.39 per hour, W2

Location: 100% Remote

Summary:

  • Join the company Brand Marketing team to shape and share the story of a new global brand.
  • Collaborate with teams across the world to elevate and amplify company progress and growth.
  • Support the development and implementation of a unified, globally recognizable brand.
  • Translate brand strategy into engaging designs that bring company mission and purpose to life.
  • Partner closely with the Brand Design and Creative Strategy Lead and cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies on creative storytelling across various channels.
  • Contribute to the design of brand campaigns, presentations, events, and initiatives.
  • Ensure marketing materials align with company brand standards and guidelines.
  • Provide brand guidance and feedback balancing creativity with governance.
  • Participate in ideation sessions offering fresh perspectives.
  • Create and maintain brand assets, templates, and governance resources.
  • Manage and update Brand Central, ensuring resources remain current and accessible.
  • Support and optimize the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system.
  • Respond to brand questions and provide digital consultation support.
  • Manage timelines, approvals, and issue resolution for branded merchandise.
  • Support the design and coordination of branded event experiences.
  • Collaborate with creative, marketing, communications, and business teams to refine the brand.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field—or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in brand design, visual communication, or graphic design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and PowerPoint.
  • Strong understanding of brand systems, visual identity, and production processes.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating brand systems and visual storytelling is required.

Preferred Skills:

  • 4 years of experience supporting brand development or management.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume, start-up–style environment.
  • Proactive and opportunity-oriented mindset.
  • Creative problem-solver with a positive outlook.
  • Adaptable and able to pivot quickly as priorities evolve.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

  • Familiarity with browser-based design programs and template creation is a plus.
  • Familiarity with DAM systems and structured file management is a plus.
