Description
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Architect with deep expertise in Qlik Replicate and Talend Business Intelligence solutions. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise data replication, integration, and analytics architectures that support real-time and batch data needs. The ideal candidate brings strong architectural vision along with hands-on experience in Qlik Replicate, Qlik Enterprise Manager, and Talend Data Fabric.

What You Will Do
  • Design and maintain enterprise data replication architecture using Qlik Replicate, including CDC, log-based replication, real-time streaming, and batch integration.
  • Architect scalable and secure data warehouse and BI solutions leveraging Talend Data Fabric and Talend Data Integration.
  • Lead end-to-end implementation of data replication from heterogeneous source systems such as Oracle, SQL Server, SAP, and cloud platforms.
  • Develop and manage complex Talend jobs, transformations, and orchestration workflows.
  • Integrate data pipelines with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP, as well as modern data warehouses such as Snowflake, Redshift, and BigQuery.
  • Establish best practices and standards for ETL/ELT, CDC, and data governance.
  • Optimize replication performance and troubleshoot latency, log reader, and endpoint issues.
  • Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and performance tuning across replication environments.
  • Implement security, compliance, and data monitoring frameworks.
  • Provide technical leadership to BI developers, data engineers, and integration teams.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for Qlik Replication and Talend technologies.
  • Partner with stakeholders to translate reporting and analytics requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Maintain architecture documentation, data flow mappings, and integration standards.

  • You build scalable, maintainable Talend-based data pipelines that support business intelligence and analytics.
  • You reduce data integration incidents and improve system performance and SLA adherence.
  • You establish strong governance, monitoring, and standardized architecture practices.
  • You effectively balance hands-on technical work with strategic architectural oversight.
  • You collaborate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
What You Will Bring
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in data integration, BI, or data architecture roles.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Qlik Replicate, including CDC, real-time streaming, and log-based replication.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Talend Data Integration and Talend administration.
  • Strong expertise in SQL, dimensional and normalized data modeling, and performance tuning.
  • Experience working with enterprise databases and cloud data platforms.
  • Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code practices.
  • Experience with data lake or lakehouse architectures is a plus.
  • Familiarity with containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes is preferred.
  • Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare, finance, or insurance is beneficial.
  • Strong communication, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.
