Product Specialist BDE - Networks and Cybersecurity

What you will do:

The Product Specialist BDE is responsible for (but not limited to):

• Acting as the trusted advisor for all things Networks and Cybersecurity. You will be supported to champion these products and drive successful customer outcomes in a sales capacity.
• Assisting in the development of product strategies to drive success for Networking and Cybersecurity Vendors (i.e. Cisco, Zscaler, Crowdstrike, etc.).
• Assisting in the development of sales ideas and promotional materials to support new and existing products.
• Ensuring all marketing support documentation is current and has received the appropriate compliance sign-off.
• Assisting in the development of regular product communications to customers and advisers.
• Budgeting and forecasting, improving existing software capability, creating, managing and disbursing reports as required.
• Gathering, defining, and documenting customer requirements, deliveries, and outcomes, providing solution guidance.

What you’ll bring:

• A broad and deep understanding of technical infrastructure projects, operations and related technology dependencies.
• Proven ability to manage complex issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including an understanding of current business trends
• The ability to interact, collaborate and network effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a wide variety of stakeholders.
• Existing Network and/or Cybersecurity vendor certifications are a plus
