Min 2.5 years of Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or similar role. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other productivity tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Familiarity with CRM tools, project management software, and cloud-based collaboration platforms. Background in supporting senior executives or directors in a fast-paced sales environment.

Core responsibilities:

Monitor, organize, and respond to emails on behalf of the Director; prioritize and flag important communications. Accurately input, update, and maintain databases and records. Coordinate flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries. Handle expense reports, invoice processing, and financial documentation as required. Maintain records, prepare meeting minutes, and create reports as needed. Assist in project management, tracking deliverables, and ensuring deadlines are met. Organize appointments, meetings, and conference calls; set reminders and ensure the Director’s schedule runs smoothly. Draft and proofread emails, reports, and other documents as needed. Assist in organizing company events, team meetings, and executive engagements. Handle sensitive information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
