About the Role 

We’re hiring our first-ever Reputation Operations Manager to build and lead Eneba’s online reputation strategy and we will be expecting you to take it to the next level, creating proactive frameworks to boost positive sentiment, neutralize negative noise, and drive brand trust across critical platforms like Reddit, Trustpilot, Quora, Google Play, and YouTube.

You’ll be working hands-on and creatively, using a mix of gray hat and ethical growth tactics to shape how our brand is perceived where our users spend their time. You’ll also partner with marketing, support, SEO, and influencer teams to ensure that reputation management is deeply embedded in our user acquisition and retention efforts.

This is a build-from-scratch role with significant scale, supporting a fast-growing platform and an active community generating ongoing conversations and feedback across multiple channels. It’s your chance to lead Eneba’s voice across the internet.

About the Team

You will initially operate as a high-ownership individual contributor, building Eneba’s reputation engineering function from the ground up. Today, reputation management is largely reactive. Your role will be to establish a proactive, structured, and scalable system that shapes how Eneba is perceived across key platforms and AI-generated surfaces. You will work cross-functionally across marketing, content, support, data and tech functions to align messaging, enable automation, and ensure reputation management is embedded into broader growth efforts. As the function matures, you will have the opportunity to scale it into a structured, strategic reputation engine, potentially expanding it into a dedicated team.


Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute Eneba’s reputation management strategy across Reddit, Trustpilot, Quora and other platforms using structured experimentation to validate and scale what works
  • Monitor sentiment, flag risks and proactively shape conversations through hypothesis-driven testing utilising grey hat, growth hacking and other unorthodox methodologies.
  • Build and maintain multi-account systems, boosting strategies and IP management practices to maximize visibility and long-term account sustainability.
  • Design scalable frameworks that turn validated tactics into repeatable, automated systems in close collaboration with developers.
  • Establish dashboards, alert systems, and AI-powered monitoring to track reputation performance in real time, including AI-generated surfaces.
  • Partner cross-functionally to align messaging, drive end-to-end resolution of reputation risks and proactively reduce negative buzz while optimizing brand perception across channels.
  • Begin hands-on, then scale the function into a structured, strategic reputation engine.

  • Requirements
  • Proven hands-on experience managing reputation in complex online environments
  • Knowledge of advanced account strategies, visibility optimization and navigating platform limits to strengthen brand trust
  • Deep operational expertise across Reddit, Trustpilot, Quora and similar platforms with the ability to influence conversations at scale.
  • Strong experimentation mindset, be able to build clear hypotheses, run structured A/B tests, validate scenarios and scale what works into repeatable systems.
  • Strong technical acumen, comfortable working with developers, understanding automation logic, AI scraping mechanics, dashboarding and multi-account/IP structures.
  • Experience building monitoring systems, dashboards, and alert frameworks for reputation tracking.
  • High ownership, proactive mindset, and the ability to operate independently while building a function from the ground up.
