About the Role:
Solenis is seeking a Product Regulatory Specialist in Warsaw. You will be part of the Product Regulatory – Regulatory Customer Requests team - reporting to the Manager of Global Regulatory Customer Requests.
Responsibilities:
Complete customer regulatory requests and approval forms using SAP and other software resources
Organize, retrieve, and distribute technical and specialized product regulatory information to customers
Assist sales in navigating regional and global regulatory issues and track customer requests
Maintain regulatory records, manage and update regulatory system data in various databases
Reports to and assists Product Regulatory Manager with the output of customer support documentation
Qualifications:
Fluency in English
A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in a scientific field (degree in chemistry preferred, but other disciplines with organic chemistry coursework/experience accepted)
A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in Product Safety and/or Compliance role in the chemical or pharmaceutical industry
Experience with SAP preferred but not required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work as a member of a team in a timeline-driven environment with limited supervision
A detail-oriented work ethic while handling multiple ongoing projects/tasks
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Flexibility and adaptability to dynamic organizational priorities is critical for job success
