Roles & Responsibilities

  • Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Medical Device or Biomedical Engineering
  • 3+ years of experience in key account management or sales in the ultrasound diagnostic equipment industry, with proven experience engaging end users (hospitals, clinics) in Germany
  • Familiarity with German medical device market rules, industry policies and approval regulations, and understanding of local end-user procurement processes for ultrasound equipment
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills, with the ability to work independently and travel as needed

With advanced technological strength and a customer-centric philosophy, it has established a strong presence in the global medical device market, particularly in the fields of clinical ultrasound, with products widely used in hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers and research institutions worldwide. As the company accelerates its expansion in the European market,we are seeking a proactive and self-driven Sales Manager responsible for end-user development and engagement in Germany, bridging the gap between the companys cutting-edge products and the actual needs of local end users, and promoting sustainable business growth in the region.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for end-user development and  management in Germany, including hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers and research institutions, establishing and maintaining long-term, stable cooperative relationships with key decision-makers and technical teams of end users.
  • Understand the needs of local end users for ultrasound diagnostic equipment (including product performance, application scenarios, after-sales support, etc.), provide professional product consultation and customized solutions, and promote product sales and penetration.
  • Develop and implement end-user-oriented sales strategies, set clear sales targets, and ensure the completion of regional sales indicators and business growth objectives.
  • Monitor market dynamics, competitor activities and industry trends in the German ultrasound diagnostic equipment market, collect end-user feedback and market information, and provide valuable insights for the companys product optimization and market strategy adjustment.
  • Cooperate closely with internal teams (technical support, after-sales service, marketing, etc.) to ensure timely and effective resolution of end-user needs, complaints and after-sales issues, improving end-user satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Participate in local medical exhibitions, seminars and industry events (such as MEDICA) to enhance product visibility, expand end-user resources and explore new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or above, major in Medical Device, Biomedical Engineering is preferred; 
  • 3+ years of experience in key account management or sales in the ultrasound diagnostic equipment industry, with proven experience in engaging end users (hospitals, clinics, etc.) in Germany is required; experience in the European medical device market is an advantage.
  • Familiar with the German medical device market rules, industry policies and approval regulations, understanding the application needs and procurement processes of local end users for ultrasound equipment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills, able to effectively communicate with end-user decision-makers, technical personnel and internal teams, and have the ability to solve complex problems independently.
  • Strong results-oriented awareness, proactive work attitude, good teamwork spirit and ability to work independently; able to adapt to occasional business trips within Germany and Europe.
  • Integrity, professionalism, and a strong sense of responsibility; able to bear work pressure and meet sales targets.
