Job description
The Project Manager – Test Center Strategy & Transformation will play a critical role in executing enterprise test center strategies, with a primary focus on test center consolidation, owned test center expansion, site transfers, and network optimization initiatives. This role supports the transformation of the test center footprint by moving the organization from current ( "as‐is”) network states to future ( "to‐be”) operating models that balance cost, coverage, capacity, quality, and strategic growth objectives. Initiatives span multiple geographies, vendors, lease and contract structures, and internal stakeholders across Operations, Real Estate, Finance, Technology, and Business Units. The Project Manager will lead complex, interdependent workstreams, manage vendor and partner relationships, and ensure that test center changes are executed in a disciplined, scalable, and repeatable manner—while minimizing disruption to test delivery and customer experience. The ideal candidate is a structured, action‐oriented transformation leader who brings clarity, accountability, and a solutions mindset to operationally complex, fast‐moving programs.
