The Vice President of Marketing is a front-and-center leadership role reporting directly to the CEO, with regular communication to board members. This position is responsible for shaping the Starbird brand experience and accelerating our expansion in the fast-casual space.
The Vice President of Marketing is a key member of Starbird’s executive leadership team and a strategic partner to the CEO and cross-functional leaders. This role owns the end-to-end marketing strategy across corporate restaurants and the expanding franchise system — driving brand awareness, guest acquisition, digital engagement, loyalty, and revenue growth.
This leader will bring deep experience scaling restaurant or food & beverage brands, building high-performance teams, and creating repeatable, franchise-ready marketing systems. The ideal candidate is both a visionary brand builder and a highly operational, data-driven executive who thrives in fast-growth, entrepreneurial environments.
Compensation: $200,000–$240,000 annually, plus performance-based bonus and equity potential. Comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and employee dining benefits.
