About the position


We are looking for a Program Manager to lead and coordinate all aspects of the BluEdge maintenance and service contract programs, from initial quote through end-of-coverage. Working closely with our team and dealer channel partners, you will manage quote modeling, documentation, training, and customer support. In this role, you will play a key part in driving continuous improvement and expanding our customer pipeline.

Role Responsibilities

  • Design and enhance maintenance and service contract offerings to meet customer needs and drive growth.
  • Lead contract administration, including setup, negotiation, and successful implementation.
  • Conduct regular contract reviews with customers and stakeholders to ensure compliance and satisfaction.
  • Optimize and maintain quote models and pricing tools for accuracy and efficiency.
  • Analyze and report key program metrics, costs, and trends to leadership for strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate on sales and marketing initiatives, creating impactful support tools and delivering training through online modules and live presentations.
  • Identify challenges and implement solutions, driving continuous improvement across processes and customer experience.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 3 years experience in program management, product management, sales, aftermarket and/or customer service, or Associate Degree with 5 years experience in program management, product management, sales, aftermarket and/or customer service.

Preferred Qualifications (nice to have)

Other qualifications you may have that would be beneficial in this role include:

  • Experience with Salesforce (asset).
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including fluency with VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables.
  • Ability to quickly learn and multitask.
  • Enthusiasm toward and ability to solve problems.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Great attention to details.
  • Experience in transport refrigeration & fleet maintenance (asset).

This position may be entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.

Pay Range 

The annual salary for this position is $80,750.  $113,250.  Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
