Job Title: Occupational Therapist

Job Type: Professional

Location: Remote

Compensation: $82 - $287/hour-pay

As an Occupational Therapist you will play a vital role in helping clients improve their ability to perform daily activities through therapeutic interventions. You will assess clients' needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to support clients in achieving their goals. Your expertise will be instrumental in supporting individuals recovering from injury, managing chronic conditions, or adapting to physical limitations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to identify strengths and limitations in their daily living skills.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on client goals and therapeutic needs.
  • Implement therapeutic interventions to improve physical, cognitive, and emotional functioning.
  • Educate clients and their families on techniques and strategies to enhance independence in daily activities.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, physical therapists, and speech therapists.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Document treatment sessions and outcomes accurately for compliance and billing purposes.
  • Participate in community outreach and education programs to promote occupational therapy services.
