Requirements:

Be the first point of contact for the Front Office Technical department, assisting customers with technical challenges via phone and chat
Troubleshoot issues across broadband, mobile networks, TV apps, and remotes
Use advanced tools (e.g., Dare) to find first-time-right solutions and escalate to second-line experts when needed
Identify commercial opportunities during conversations and introduce customers to new products
