In this role, you’ll bring a wealth of experience across key operational domains, including Manufacturing, Distribution, Warehousing, Shipping, Purchasing, and Sales Order Processing. Do you have experience expertly guiding and successfully executing implementations, covering the entire spectrum from initial Analysis to steadfast Operational Support? Collaborate with Clients
Work directly with our clients’ teams to understand their unique business needs and pain points.
Gather detailed requirements and craft tailored solutions that streamline their processes.
Proactively ask questions that uncover pain points and demonstrate the value add of an ERP system.
System Configuration & Customization
Configure ERP systems with respect to focus area.
Customize workflows and reports to fit each client’s business model, ensuring smooth integrations.
End-to-End Implementation
Lead the implementation of modules from start to finish—this includes everything from initial scoping, system setup, testing, and go-live support
Ensure the system is not just running, but exceeding expectations.
Process Optimization
Analyze existing finance operations and identify areas for improvement.
Propose solutions and an implementation plan that enhances efficiency and reduces cost.
Training & Support
Provide training sessions for client teams to ensure they are comfortable and confident using their new systems.
Offer ongoing support to troubleshoot issues, answer questions, and optimize system performance as the business grows.
Mentor other consultants and provide knowledge and guidance on best practices.
Data Migration & Integrity
Oversee the migration of financial data from legacy systems to new platforms.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity throughout the process and beyond.
Project Management
Work closely with the project manager to ensure deadlines are being met, hours allocation for tasks are within your abilities, and client satisfaction remains high.
Stay on the Cutting Edge
Continuously monitor updates and new features in BC and areas of focus. You'll be our go-to expert for the latest and greatest in ERP trends and advancements, always looking for ways to improve our offerings.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work with other consultants and departments to ensure seamless integration across all business functions.
5+ years or more experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to work in a high-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
Deep understanding of Business Central with regard to area of focus.
Dynamics Business Central certifications.
Experience interfacing with end-users and gathering business requirements.
Ability to build strong client relationships and articulate how Dynamics BC can add value to their business.
Experience designing and coordinating multiple BC full cycle deployments.
Worked on multiple successful implementations both on-site and remote.
Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
Strong understanding and exposure to Microsoft Power Platform.
Expert in Discrete and Process Manufacturing
Strong understanding of MRP and MPS using base BC planning tools
Experience in setting up complex warehousing solutions in Business Central
Experience setting up and configuring at least two of the following:
Insight Works Warehouse Insight
Insight Works Shop Floor
Insight Works Order Fulfillment
Insight Works Product Configurator
Insight Works MxAPS
Insight Works Dynamic Ship
With Banyan LTL
Experience implementing base BC Shopify Connector
Experience implementing base BC Service
Strong technical knowledge of Business Central
Experience interfacing with EDI documents
Excellent Functional Design Document creation skills
