Role: Salesforce Agentforce Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week)
Contract Duration: 6 months+ (With a Possibility-of-Extension)
Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri)
Location: 100% Remote (Candidates can work from anywhere in India)

We're seeking a Salesforce Agentforce Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead the configuration, rollout, and optimization of AI agents built on Salesforce Agentforce. You will partner with business and technical teams to translate real workflows into safe, scalable, and measurable Agentforce implementations—using a mix of standard topics/actions, custom actions, prompt engineering, and governed access to enterprise data. What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
