Roles & Responsibilities

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • 5+ years of program or project management experience in a corporate environment
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with experience coordinating cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of compliance, contractual requirements, and regulatory reporting

Requirements:

  • Program Daily Operations - escalations, team support, daily distribution, and management of daily operations
  • Data Analysis - evaluate program data, create analyses, and present findings to internal and external stakeholders
  • Audit Compliance - ensure adherence to company policies, contracts, and applicable legal and regulatory requirements, including process controls and reporting
  • Relationship with Key Stakeholders - influence and manage relationships with Procurement, Finance Business Operations, IT, and Suppliers

Job Summary

Team Development – lead, train, coach, and develop onboarding team members to work in collaboration with the Director of Operations on performance, attendance, and conduct issues as well as staffing or resourcing needs​

Customer Service – create a service-focused team culture that delivers an excellent experience to all stakeholders (ie:  business managers, suppliers, program sponsors) ​

Project Management – Management of special projects as assigned/necessary inclusive of communications plans​

Audit & Compliance – ensure compliance with Pinnacle Group policies, contractual requirements, and relevant legal and regulatory requirements, including process controls and reporting​

Relationship with Key Stakeholders – demonstrate influencing and relationship management with key stakeholders in Procurement, Finance Business Operations, IT, Suppliers        ​

Program Daily Operations - escalations, team support, daily distribution, management of daily operations​

Data Analysis - evaluate  program data, create analysis and present to internal and external stakeholders
