Engagement details:
  • Estimated duration is 12 months with possible extensions.
  • Remote work is allowed, with preference for candidates located in Florida.
Location requirement:
  • Must be available to work 100% on-site in Tallahassee, FL when required.
Required qualifications:
  • At least 7+ years of IT work experience.
  • At least 7+ years managing complex cross-functional projects.
  • Experience delivering projects across multiple technologies and program areas.
  • Proficiency with project management methodologies and tools.
  • Experience with resource, stakeholder, risk, and change management.
  • Project Management certification or completion of a recognized project management curriculum.
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate, report status, and manage project work efforts.
  • Establish and implement project management processes and methodologies for IT.
  • Ensure delivery within scope, on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • Assemble project plans and project documents and direct daily work efforts.
  • Identify resource needs, conduct quality reviews, and escalate issues as needed.
  • Track milestones and adjust plans and resources to meet customer needs.
  • Coordinate communication across the enterprise for scope, budget, timeline, risk, and resources.
  • Assist Program Managers and leadership in prioritizing IT opportunities to meet enterprise goals.
