About the Role: We are seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst (BA) to bridge the gap between business needs and Salesforce solutions. You will analyze business processes, gather requirements, and translate them into actionable Salesforce configurations. Your expertise will drive efficiency, optimize workflows, and ensure seamless adoption across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Requirement Analysis: Elicit, document, and analyze business challenges to define Salesforce requirements.
  • Solution Design: Translate business needs into Salesforce terminology (objects, fields, workflows).
  • Documentation: Create Business Requirements Documents (BRD), user stories, and process flows.
  • Testing & Training: Develop UAT manuals, conduct user training, and support post-deployment adoption.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams (IT, business units) to align Salesforce solutions with goals.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance Salesforce processes and automation.
Must-Have Skills:
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst (or similar role).
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or CRM modules).
  • Strong skills in requirements gathering, documentation (BRD/FRD), and process mapping.
  • Experience with UAT coordination, user training, and change management.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Business Analyst).
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning, Flow Builder, or CPQ.
