Consulting Partner - Pharma Finance, Treasury and COPA Solutions is responsible to drive Life Sciences IT and Business Professional services opportunity discovery, domain solutions with SAP and Leading financial solutions for consulting and digital transformation engagements. Is customer facing at Sr. Director / VP level in respective customer Business and IT organizations.
• Driving engagement leadership, enabling consulting-led engagement, business development activities and providing leadership across domain and/or technology
• Opportunity Mining with strong consulting and client engagement skills with experience in Life Sciences / Healthcare with strong experience in positioning and interacting with the client leadership team at Sr Director / VP
Roles & Responsibilities
• Preparing business transformation and improvements Points of View, white papers, client proposals, client presentations, and supporting Consulting Partners in sales cycles
• Works with Client Partners and account management to drive and lead customer growth and transformation opportunities from opportunity identification through the closing independently.
• Contributes to and realizes account strategic plan, yearly and quarterly plan in Financial and Costing services
• Incorporates architecture functions into software development lifecycle.
• SAP FI in New GL, Parallel ledgers, AR, AP, Fixed Assets, Project systems integrations
• SAP CO in CC, PCA, IO, Product costing, Material Ledger & COPA
• FSCM modules Treasury, IHC, BCM, Cash Management.
• FSCM modules Collections, Credit & Disputes Management.
SAP S/4 HANA implementation exposure
• S4 HANA New Asset Accounting, Set up Chart of Depreciation, depreciation areas, asset classes, and account determination.
• Asset lifecycles: acquisitions/capitalization, depreciation runs (AFAB), transfers, and retirements.
• Asset accounting module integration with FI-GL, MM, PS, FI-CO modules.
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
• 12+ Years of experience as SAP FICO Consultant with hands-on experience in SAP S/4 Hana.
• Good to have hands-on experience in 2023 version of SAP S4 HANA FICO
• Strong experience in Supply chain Product Costing experience
• Strong experience in Supply chain Finance (invoicing/vendor invoicing/PTP etc.)
• Good to CFIN knowledge.
• As a senior SAP FICO Consultant, you should be extensive hands-on experience and knowledge in all FICO modules (AR, AP, AA, GL, PCA, CCA, COPA and PC), integration with other SAP Modules (SD, MM), build the SAP Inbound / outbound interface with third party systems,
• Provide technical expertise solution proposals based on business requirements in the Finance and controlling areas,
• Hands on in testing in any of the testing tool, Solman Change and project Managements tools and techniques
• Conduct requirements gathering analysis with key business users and system designers locally or in other locations / regions that lead to the delivery of the high level specifications and best practices,
• Experience in full End-2-End implementation/rollout/enhancements/migration etc. in SAP ECC and S/4 Hana in Agile environment.
• Collaborate with the best by designing new global, regional and local statutory solutions, configure system(s), test the application and its interfaces and deploy new solutions as needed,
• Coordinate and interact with project functional and technical teams and product line owner, key business users and implementation of functional designs as well as resolution of defects during testing.
• Operational Excellence execution by ensuring completeness of documentation (process flows, procedures and operations documents, Functional Designs) related to new developed solutions.
• As a Senior FICO Consultant, you should have good analytical, good communication, strong interpersonal and relationship building skills to work in mid to large size projects from pilot to post go-live support phases.
• Strong functional configuration experience in SAP FICO.
• Good understanding of financial process flows and integration points.
• Hands on experience with IDoc/EDI interfaces.
