Support clients during product integrations and implementations.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to identify and resolve business-related customer challenges.
Manage and maintain revenue within your assigned client portfolio.
Provide regular reporting and insights to management, highlighting key areas for process and product improvement.
Independently seek innovative solutions to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
Represent ZEN online and offline with professionalism and enthusiasm at all times.
