Your Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling, to increase revenue and customer engagement.
  • Monitor client status and transactional activity through provided reports, ensuring smooth cooperation at every stage of the customer lifecycle.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with ZEN B2B clients, driving mutual growth and success.
  • Support clients during product integrations and implementations.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to identify and resolve business-related customer challenges.
  • Manage and maintain revenue within your assigned client portfolio.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to management, highlighting key areas for process and product improvement.
  • Independently seek innovative solutions to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
  • Represent ZEN online and offline with professionalism and enthusiasm at all times.

Skills & Competencies

  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills,
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify client needs and propose appropriate solutions,

Technical & Other Requirements

  • Experience working with CRM systems,
  • Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint),
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams,
  • Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced financial environment.
