Job description

Title – Data Engineer
Location: Remote
Type: Direct Hire
Pay: $100K to $140K

Job Description:
Reports to the Product & Technology Enablement Lead and serves as the first dedicated data engineering hire. Responsible for designing, building, and optimizing the enterprise data warehouse and data infrastructure supporting multiple locations. Develops scalable data pipelines, integrates disparate systems and APIs, ensures data quality and standardization, and automates reporting for stakeholders. Evaluates and implements data architecture solutions, including optimization or alternatives to the current AWS environment, and partners cross-functionally to deliver reliable insights and enterprise technology enablement.
Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
• Experience architecting and building scalable data warehouse solutions
• Hands-on experience with AWS (S3, Lambda, data warehousing, automation)
• Experience integrating multiple data sources and APIs (REST preferred)
• Strong data quality, validation, and standardization expertise
• Experience building automated data pipelines and reporting workflows
• Experience with reporting tools and automated report delivery
• Ability to evaluate and implement scalable data architecture solutions
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
• Ability to take ownership in a growth-stage environment
