Roles & Responsibilities

  • 2–4 years of experience in a SaaS company in Revenue Operations, Business/Commercial Analysis, Business Intelligence (BI), Business Development or Strategy
  • Advanced proficiency with Google Sheets, including complex functions and data visualization
  • Experience working with HubSpot and Salesforce, including building and analyzing reports and dashboards
  • Analytical storytelling and an operational mindset with the ability to translate data into compelling narratives and proactively identify efficiency improvements in the revenue engine

Requirements:

  • Full-Funnel Measurement: Own the tracking and reporting of KPIs across the entire revenue funnel, including pipeline health, conversion rates, velocity, Net Revenue Retention (NRR), and churn
  • Integrated Performance Analysis: Monitor end-to-end commercial performance, providing deep-dive analysis to stakeholders—creating and refining complex reports within HubSpot, Salesforce, and Looker
  • Revenue Optimization: Identify friction points and growth opportunities within the revenue lifecycle to accelerate deal cycles and maximize total lifetime value (LTV)
  • Lifecycle Dashboarding and Modeling: Build and maintain scalable dashboards and predictive models to evaluate the impact and ROI of all commercial initiatives and strategic programs

We are looking for a data-driven and strategic RevOps Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be the analytical engine driving our end-to-end commercial performance. You will focus on the entire revenue lifecycle—from initial lead generation and pipeline velocity to long-term retention and expansion. Your mission is to provide the full-funnel visibility and actionable insights necessary to optimize revenue growth, improve operational efficiency, and ensure a seamless transition through every stage of the customer journey.


Responsibilities

  • Full-Funnel Measurement: Own the tracking and reporting of KPIs across the entire revenue funnel, including pipeline health, conversion rates, velocity, Net Revenue Retention (NRR), and churn.
  • Integrated Performance Analysis: Monitor end-to-end commercial performance, providing deep-dive analysis to stakeholders—including generating and refining complex reports within HubSpot, Salesforce, and Looker.
  • Revenue Optimization: Identify friction points and growth opportunities within the revenue lifecycle to accelerate deal cycles and maximize total lifetime value (LTV).
  • Lifecycle Dashboarding & Modeling: Build and maintain scalable dashboards and predictive models to evaluate the impact and ROI of all commercial initiatives and strategic programs.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as the primary analytical partner for all go-to-market teams, ensuring that data strategy and commercial goals are aligned across the entire organization.
  • Strategic Forecasting: Extract and analyze data to support executive reporting, board materials, and rigorous, multi-stage revenue forecasting cycles.


Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in a SaaS company in roles related to Revenue Operations, Business/Commercial Analysis, Business Intelligence (BI), Business Development or Strategy.
  • Advanced proficiency with Google Sheets, including complex functions and data visualization — a must.
  • Experience working with Hubspot and Salesforce, including building and analyzing reports and dashboards.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced experience with CRM systems (Salesforce/HubSpot) and data visualization tools (Looker/Tableau).
  • Lifecycle Expertise: Proven ability to analyze data through an end-to-end funnel lens, understanding how early-funnel activity impacts late-stage retention.
  • Analytical Storytelling: Exceptional ability to translate raw data into a compelling narrative that drives strategic decision-making for executive leadership.
  • Operational Mindset: A proactive approach to identifying and solving inefficiencies within the revenue engine.
