Senior System Analyst

We are looking for a Senior System Analyst

A global mobility platform focused on enabling fair and transparent interactions between service providers and users.

The platform operates internationally and delivers technology-driven solutions with an emphasis on social impact and accessibility.

Internal project focused on optimization and automation of finance-related business processes.The role bridges business and technical teams, ensuring finance processes are optimized and supported by effective system solutions.The specialist will also support PMO and Finance leaders by translating business needs into clear functional, non-functional, and technical requirements, and maintaining structured documentation.

💡 Hard Skills / Must Have:

• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, SQL)

• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)

• Strong understanding of ERP systems

• Skilled in process modelling (BPMN, UML, flowcharts)

• Familiarity with automation technologies (RPA tools)

• Knowledge of testing methodologies and UAT coordination

• Python (data processing, process automation, Airflow)

• Experience with  Jira, Confluence, and collaboration tools

• Knowledge of finance processes is a plus

• Russian language is a must

📌 Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Collect, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders

• Conduct fit-gap analysis for system or process changes

• Map current “as-is” and “to-be” business processes and identify automation or standardization opportunities

• Ensure all requirements align with business strategy and compliance standards

• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications

• Cooperate with cross-functional teams to ensure correct implementation and testing

• Support UAT planning, execution, and defect resolution

• Validate implemented solutions against initial requirements

• Work with data and BI teams to ensure accurate data mapping, reconciliation, and reporting design

• Support data validation and integration activities between ERP and external systems

• Maintain clear and structured documentation of all requirements, changes, and decisions

• Communicate regularly with key stakeholders on progress, risks, and issues

• Benchmark best practices in finance process automation

• Support post-implementation reviews and lessons-learned sessions
