Roles & Responsibilities

  • Experience in supporting pitch or proposal development, preferably in a professional services environment (ideally legal)
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (Law or Marketing degree beneficial)
  • Excellent written and spoken English (C1/C2 mandatory)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and PowerPoint; familiarity with Salesforce and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus

Requirements:

  • Assist in developing pitch documents incorporating sector/industry information, client research, and competitor analysis
  • Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to keep pitches competitive, innovative, and relevant
  • Support end-to-end pitch delivery from initiation to submission, ensuring deadlines are met and pitch information is accurate, including updating pitch systems
  • Develop value propositions that highlight the Firm's strengths and align with client objectives, and assist with the delivery of low-priority pitches as needed

Job description

For Linklaters Office in Warsaw, we are currently recruiting for the Pitch Coordinator (15:00 - 23:15) role.

About the Team:

Join our global Business Development and Marketing (BDM) LGS function as a key part of the team. BDM is a globally diverse group of specialists dedicated to driving revenue growth, nurturing our priority client relationships, and strengthening the firm’s reputation. In this role you will work alongside our global BDM teams to prepare high-quality, client-focused pitch materials and pitch documents. Collaborating with stakeholders globally, you will help ensure the smooth delivery of pitch materials and pitch documents to external clients, making sure our pitches are competitive, delivered on time and clearly aligned with client objectives.

You will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with developing pitch documents, incorporating sector/industry information, client research, and competitor analysis.

  • Supporting with analysing industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to ensure pitches are competitive, innovative, and relevant.

  • Assisting with tracking pitch outcomes to identify successes and areas for improvement, and update pitch systems ensuring pitch information is correct.

  • Ensuring the use of best practice materials such as successful pitch strategies, templates, and case studies.

  • Assisting with the pitch development process, using tools and software such as automated templates and data-driven insights.

  • Supporting with the delivery of the pitch process from initiation to delivery, ensuring deadlines are met.

  • Assisting with developing value propositions that highlight the Firm's strengths and align with the client's objectives and challenges.

  • Supporting with the delivery of low-priority or straightforward pitches, from initiation to submission.

Apply if you:

  • Have experience in supporting pitch or proposal development, preferably in a professional services environment (ideally legal).

  • Hold a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent. Law or Marketing degree is beneficial.

  • Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication in English (C1/C2 mandatory).

  • Are proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and PowerPoint. Experience in Salesforce and the Adobe Creative Suite would be beneficial.

  • Show strong attention to detail and strong organisational skills with ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Have experience working to tight deadlines and possess strong multitasking, project management, and knowledge of research methodologies and data collection for competitive analysis.

  • Work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.

  • Have a commitment to continuous learning and development.

Location

  • Fully remote role, based in Poland

  • Initial onboarding will take place in our Warsaw office

  • Occasional visits to the Warsaw office may be required thereafter

Working hours

  • Monday - Thursday 15:00 - 23:15

  • Friday 13:00 – 21:15
