Roles & Responsibilities

Extensive marketing leadership experience (8+ years) in B2B or chemicals industries.
Proven ability to develop and execute regional marketing strategies for North America.
Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management with sales, product, and global teams.
Bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

Requirements:

Develop and lead the North America marketing strategy to drive growth and brand presence in the chemicals sector.
Lead and mentor the regional marketing team; collaborate with global marketing to ensure alignment and consistency.
Plan and execute integrated campaigns across digital, field, and channel activities; measure performance and optimize ROI.
Partner with sales, product, and customer teams to deliver customer-centric initiatives and support the company's mission and growth in North America.
