  • University degree in business, engineering, finance, computer science, or equivalent, with 10+ years of experience in transformational program management (preferably in manufacturing).
  • Experience setting up local subsidiaries for global corporations and a proven track record in ERP implementation, ideally with D365.
  • Proficiency in Chinese and English with strong communication, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to adapt to change, delegate effectively, and be proactive in a complex business environment.

Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced ERP Project Lead to lead our digital and business transformation initiatives in China. This role will oversee the process transformation and implementation of our D365 ERP system across all Chinese entities, ensuring alignment with global standards and local requirements.

What do you need to be successful in this role?
