ERP Project Lead

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced ERP Project Lead to lead our digital and business transformation initiatives in China. This role will oversee the process transformation and implementation of our D365 ERP system across all Chinese entities, ensuring alignment with global standards and local requirements.

Here’s some of the other things you can look forward to:

• Lead and manage the digital and business transformation process in China, overseeing the D365 ERP system implementation.
• Drive project governance, execution, and adaptation of processes in collaboration with global and local teams.
• Identify and resolve process inefficiencies, compliance issues, and system requirements with IT specialists.
• Act as a program pacemaker, building relationships, solving problems, and supporting decision-making.
• Conduct program reviews, mitigate risks, and ensure service quality.

What do you need to be successful in this role?

• A university degree in business, engineering, finance, computer science, or equivalent, with over 10 years of experience in transformational program management, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience in setting up local subsidiaries for global corporations and a proven track record in ERP implementation, ideally with D365.
• Proficiency in Chinese and English, with strong communication, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to adapt to change, delegate effectively, and contribute proactively to team outcomes.
• A strong drive to learn, be proactive, and resourceful in a complex business environment.
