We are looking for an experienced Performance Tester with strong expertise in JMeter to join our remote team in India. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing performance testing strategies to ensure application scalability, reliability, and responsiveness under varying load conditions. You will work closely with development, QA, and DevOps teams to identify performance bottlenecks, recommend improvements, and ensure systems meet defined performance benchmarks. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in performance testing tools, understands application architecture, and can independently manage end-to-end performance testing activities in complex environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using JMeter
• Conduct load, stress, scalability, and endurance testing for applications
• Analyze test results and identify performance bottlenecks
• Collaborate with development teams to recommend performance improvements
• Monitor system behavior under different load conditions
• Create detailed performance test reports and dashboards
• Participate in performance tuning and optimization discussions
• Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines where applicable
• Ensure applications meet defined SLAs and performance benchmarks
• Maintain documentation for performance test plans and execution results
