We’re looking for an AI Content Creator who can concept, generate, and publish short-form videos using modern AI video tools. This role is focused on speed, experimentation, and creative direction powered by AI agents such as Google Veo and similar generative platforms.
You will not be manually editing traditional footage. Instead, you will prompt, generate, refine, and assemble AI-created video content designed to perform on social platforms. This role requires strong creative judgment, prompt-writing skill, and a clear understanding of what makes people stop scrolling.

What You’ll Work On
AI Video Generation and Production
- Create short-form social videos using AI agents such as Google Veo and other generative video tools
- Develop strong prompts that produce visually compelling and platform-ready outputs
- Iterate quickly on generated outputs to refine pacing, visuals, and narrative clarity
- Combine AI-generated visuals with captions, overlays, or light edits when needed
Creative Direction and Prompt Strategy
- Translate high-level content ideas into structured AI prompts
- Experiment with different visual styles, storytelling formats, and pacing structures
- Maintain a consistent brand aesthetic across generated content
- Optimize outputs for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and similar platforms
Performance and Iteration
- Analyze content performance and refine prompting strategies accordingly
- Test variations in hooks, visuals, and formats
- Balance output volume with quality control
- Continuously explore new AI tools and workflows to improve efficiency
Workflow and Collaboration
- Collaborate with content, marketing, and growth teams to align on messaging
- Maintain organized prompt libraries and reusable workflows
- Document successful prompt frameworks for repeatable production
What You Bring
- 2+ years of experience creating short-form digital content
- Hands-on experience using AI video generation tools such as Google Veo, Runway, Pika, or similar
- Strong prompt-writing skills with the ability to generate structured, high-quality outputs
- Clear understanding of social media pacing, hooks, and retention dynamics
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, experimental content environment
- Strong written English and clear communication
Nice to Have
- Experience building AI automation workflows or agent-based content systems
- Familiarity with generative AI tools across video, image, and audio
- Background in social growth or performance-driven content
- Basic editing skills for final assembly or polish
- Experience documenting prompt frameworks or AI playbooks
