Remote South Africa | R35 000 – R37 000 | 4 days/week | 11am–7pm

Our client is a specialist executive search firm partnering with top-tier Investment Banks and Private Equity funds globally. They deliver precision hiring solutions through credible engagement and strategic market insight. The Role: Recruitment Consultant

This is a 360° role focused on client-side activity, where you will manage end-to-end recruitment processes and grow a global book of business. Acting as a strategic partner to the London-based leadership team, you will lead mandates across the financial services sector, build new relationships, and support expansion into the North American market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Bring 2–3 years of experience in a 360° recruitment role with a proven billing track record
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from client briefing to final placement and fee close
  • Conduct targeted outreach to generate new mandates with global Investment Banks and PE funds
  • Advise clients on candidate shortlists, market trends, and hiring strategy
  • Lead outbound campaigns to convert leads into active business
  • Perform online research to identify and map North American client contacts
  • Update and maintain accurate client data to support international growth plans

About You

  • 2–3+ years experience in full-cycle recruitment with strong revenue performance
  • Proven success managing clients in finance, legal, or professional services
  • Strong business development skills with a closer mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication for high-level client interaction
  • Self-motivated, strategic, and confident in a fully remote role
  • Able to work 11 am–7pm South Africa time, Monday to Thursday
