Roles & Responsibilities

Master's degree in counseling or a related field.
Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Tennessee and Virginia (dual licensure).
No legal impediments to serving in a licensed opiate treatment program and a valid driver's license.
Experience treating opioid-addicted patients is preferred (not required).

Requirements:

Provide clinical supervision for LPCs within the OBOT program, including remote supervision.
Ensure adherence to state regulations and clinic policies, including documentation, treatment planning, and chart reviews.
Deliver training and ongoing supervision to clinicians pursuing certification or licensure; support professional development.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver evidence-based MAT and contribute to program development and quality improvement.

Position Requirements:

The most qualified candidates will possess the following:

Master’s degree in counseling or a related field.
Must be licensed in the states of TN and VA as LPC
Experience treating opioid-addicted patients is not a requirement but is preferred.
No legal impediments to serving in a licensed opiate treatment program.
Must have a valid driver's license.
If recovering, three years of continuous verifiable abstinence is required.
