Responsibilities of the Solutions Engineer:
Your responsibilities include:

- Identify constraints and design best-practice strategic recommendations
- Think beyond surface-level fixes—design scalable architectures
- Serve as the technical brain in client strategy discussions

- Lead complex HubSpot migrations (CRM/ERP to HubSpot and vice versa)
- Design and map multi-object data structures and associations
- Ensure data integrity (accuracy, consistency, reliability) during migrations
- Present multiple import/migration solution pathways to clients

- Build and troubleshoot custom API integrations
- Read API documentation and scope integration plans from scratch
- Connect platforms when Zapier/Make aren’t sufficient
- Communicate technical connection points clearly to strategists and clients
