Patrique Mercier Recruitment ES is excited to offer an opportunity for Nordic-Speaking Customer Support representatives to work from home in Greece, supporting the enchanting Disney + platform! If you’re fluent in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and have a love for entertainment, this role is tailor-made for you!

In this fantastic position, you will assist Nordic-speaking customers with their inquiries about Disney +, ensuring that they have the best experience while enjoying their favorite movies and shows. Your Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support to Nordic-speaking clients via various communication channels.
  • Assist customers with inquiries about Disney + services, assisting with account management and troubleshooting queries.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet service level objectives and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
  • Engage in ongoing training to keep up with product features and improvements.

Requirements

  • Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
  • Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish) is essential.
  • A passion for customer service and the entertainment industry.
  • Previous experience in customer support is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
