Video Editor (LATAM & The Caribbean)

BA Global Talent is looking for a qualified professional to join our dynamic team as a Video Editor in Latin America and the Caribbean. You will play a crucial role in creating high-quality visual content for a creative agency that specializes in modern, high-impact brand storytelling. You will be responsible for translating raw footage into compelling narratives that align with a premium aesthetic, ensuring that every project meets the highest industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Transform raw assets into polished, professional videos that resonate with the target audience.

• Ensure all work adheres to specific brand guidelines and visual identities.

• Collaborate with the creative team to refine edits based on feedback.

• Maintain organized project files and assets within the Adobe ecosystem.

• Review final cuts for color accuracy, pacing, and audio quality.

• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Strong video editing skills with a proven ability to execute a creative, modern aesthetic.

• Experience matching specific brand styles and maintaining quality consistent with top-tier creative agencies.

• Strong knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (specifically optimized for Mac environments).

• Experience in taking creative feedback and iterating quickly to meet project goals.

• Experience managing multiple projects independently in a fully remote environment.

• Strong attention to detail and a high level of consistency across all video deliverables.

• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to remote collaboration.

• Good time management skills with a track record of reliability and meeting tight deadlines.

Time Zone: Flexible (must align reasonably with client needs).

Schedule: Hourly / Project-based.

Remote from Latin America and the Caribbean.
