Business Objects Report Developer

This is a remote position.

We are looking for a Business Objects report developer to participate on an agile team.  The candidate will be a member of an Operations and Maintenance team working on complex financial regulatory applications developing BO reports. 

General Responsibilities:

·       Support data through to reporting activities in the agency’s regulatory applications. 

·       Create and enhance Business Objects reports to support dynamic business value needs.

·       Participating in agile team ceremonies supporting the development and maintenance of application reporting.

·       Support application performance as it relates to reporting.

·       Present information through reports and visualization

·       Work with stakeholders to understand application needs

·       Improve performance and extend report functionality

·       Maintain and document operational environment

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

·       Hands on experience with Business Objects using Web Intelligence, and Development using UDT and IDT universes

·       Comprehensive understanding of relational database design principles: Snowflake, Star Schema

·       Excellent written and oral communication skills; Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff.

·       Ability work on a technical team in communicating concepts and technical implementation of concepts.
