  • Design high-quality graphics and visual assets in Canva for social media, email campaigns, presentations, PDFs, and ads; maintain brand consistency across multiple client accounts
  • Develop on-brand content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms; create scroll-stopping, conversion-focused content and visually compelling email campaigns
  • Support digital marketing execution by building and scheduling social content, drafting newsletters, and assisting with ad creative; repurpose long-form content into short-form formats
  • Collaborate with Account Leads and clients to understand goals, deliver projects on time within budgeted hours, and proactively propose ideas to improve engagement and impact

JOB TITLE: Digital Content Strategist

REPORTS TO: Director of Operations

SCOPE OF POSITION: This role is ideal for someone who thrives in Canva, understands what performs in digital spaces, and can consistently produce high-quality content across platforms. You will serve multiple clients, creating engaging social media graphics, email campaigns, and digital marketing assets that elevate their brand and drive measurable results. This role requires both creative excellence and operational efficiency — someone who can generate compelling content quickly without sacrificing quality.

Content Creation & Design

  • Design high-quality graphics and visual assets in Canva (social media, email, presentations, PDFs, ads, etc.)
  • Develop on-brand content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms
  • Create visually compelling email campaigns and marketing sequences
  • Translate brand messaging into scroll-stopping, conversion-focused content
  • Maintain brand consistency across multiple client accounts

Digital Marketing Execution

  • Build and schedule social media content
  • Draft and format email newsletters and marketing campaigns
  • Support digital ad creative (graphics + basic copy)
  • Repurpose long-form content into short-form social and email content
  • Monitor performance metrics and adjust creative accordingly

Client Partnership

  • Collaborate with Account Leads and clients to understand goals and voice
  • Proactively suggest ideas to improve engagement and impact
  • Deliver projects on time and within budgeted hours
  • Bring creative solutions — not just completed tasks
