Client Company Introduction:

Our Client company is a fast-growing software agency in Faisalabad.

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with strong React Native expertise to lead the development of scalable, high-quality mobile applications. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to build performant cross-platform apps and shape the mobile architecture. This role requires deep technical knowledge, an ownership mindset, and the ability to mentor other developers.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain React Native applications for iOS and Android
Architect scalable and maintainable mobile solutions
Write clean, reusable, and high-quality code
Optimize app performance, responsiveness, and reliability
Integrate APIs and third-party services
Debug complex issues across devices and OS versions
Ensure best practices in testing, CI/CD, and code reviews
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Backend)
Mentor junior and mid-level developers
Participate in technical planning and architecture decisions

Nice to Have:

Experience with Firebase, push notifications, and analytics
Knowledge of mobile security best practices
Experience with animations and complex UI
Background in scalable backend systems
