Salary Range: $190000 - $205000 / Year DOE
PEO Litigation Attorney Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day employment matters from inception to resolution
Draft and respond to discovery and pleadings, and argue motions
Take and defend depositions and represent clients in hearings
Handle administrative charges and EPLI-covered claims
Develop case strategies and maintain communication with clients and insurance carriers
Supervise and mentor legal staff and coordinate with partners
Engage in ongoing in-person court appearances in Northern California
Work collaboratively with multiple partners on diverse cases
PEO Litigation Attorney Requirements
7+ years of employment law and litigation experience
Experience with Professional Employer Organizations and high-volume matters
Must be barred in the state and located in Northern California
Proficient in drafting, responding to discovery, and managing depositions
Excellent academic credentials and strong writing and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Experience in class actions and PAGA cases is preferred
