Bachelor's Degree (preferred) or equivalent experience
At least 1 year of relevant professional sales experience in a B2B environment
Experience in sales development or related activities in a B2B setting
Proven track record of success in cold calling, deal qualification, and goal achievement
Requirements:
Achieve or exceed monthly metrics (e.g., qualified meetings and opportunities created)
Prospect, educate, qualify, and develop target accounts; respond to inbound leads to create opportunities
Manage objections and identify business needs across all levels of an organization for Hazelcast solutions

WHAT WE NEED
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our EMEA Sales team. You will be responsible for identifying and creating new qualified leads for their respective Regional Sales Directors and Corporate Sales counterparts. The SDR will manage both inbound leads and outbound call campaigns, qualifying active buying interest and identifying critical decision-makers. You will also work with Sales counterparts to coordinate efforts to research key accounts, identify additional contacts, and understand the organizational structures. You will need to be able to articulate the Hazelcast value proposition via the phone and web to Developers, IT Architects, Line of Business leaders, and C-level executives.
